On October 6, 2023, Cape Surgical Clinic began a transition to a new computer electronic health record, Veradigm. During this transition, our staff will be learning all new workflows associated with the updated system, so please be patient with us as we make this transition.
In addition to our EHR transition, in the coming months, we will be launching a personal health record, Follow My Health. We are committed to providing our patients with the best possible experience, and we believe that this software upgrade is a significant step toward achieving that goal.
