For the past few months, we have had patients report ongoing phone issues when trying to reach our clinic. We heard this feedback and resolved to fix the situation. After investigating issues and trying to diagnose problems in the system, we have decided to do a whole system upgrade. Our phones will be updated on January 19, and while the end goal is to provide an improved patient experience, there is a chance that on January 19 there may be some phone interruptions.
